Summer holiday blues.
“I feel so much better after my holiday”.
This is something I hear a lot from my patients. There are many reasons for this, which can include time to rest, a break from your day to day routine, more help from a partner or family member and catching up on much needed sleep. A holiday can also bring about physical changes. Whilst at work or undertaking our normal daily tasks we can fall into repetitive daily patterns that place strain on the body. Variation is the the key and holidays help us shift away from all those repetitive tasks.
To try and help keep the holiday feeling I encourage my patients to make small changes. Watch these videos and see if you can become inspired to make small changes yourself.
How to feel better.
I don’t want to be in pain.
Just wiggle!
You’ve got to move it : )
